The hotel has a fantastic location in a peaceful area near the Prophet's Mosque and the Islamabad Pakistani restaurant. It is also conveniently close to the Hejaz Railway Museum. The room is spacious and luxurious, equipped with amenities like a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control. The comfortable bed and decent-sized bathroom add to the pleasant stay experience.

Wonderful hotel, the breakfast is rich, particularly good location easy to find transport. I have stayed in the standard king guest room with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

The hotel is in an unbeatable location right next to the Haram area. My standard king guest room had a wonderful view of the Masjid Nabawi and the Prophet's Dome. The bathroom was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Location: the hotel was close to Islamic sites, and Prophet mosque. Also, we saw Saqifah Bani Saidah, based just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The hotel is large and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are luxurious and spacious, with a nice view of the Prophet's Dome. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, the Madinah Marriott, and the Prophet Muhammad's Masjid. Guests can enjoy early check-in and free amenities like wake-up calls and ironing.

The location is quiet and absolutely perfect, so close to the haram/mosque. It's worth staying here and exploring Central Madinah district. The rooms are nicely furnished and neat, with a wonderful view of Masjid Nabwi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Medina. the prices were incredibly reasonable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the hotel's attention to detail was impressive, with daily room service even if the note wasn't left. Lastly, the location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to Al Haram or with the convenient hotel bus for pick up and drop off. The staff were extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces.
One area for improvement could be the maintenance of the rooms.
